VF details. Cleaned and the reverse has a gouge.

not sure about the gouge part. Looked like black line to me. Will see when it arrives. Probably lightly cleaned but not horrible IMHO

Gotta agree with TypeCoin. Looks like a long scratch on Reverse, especially at the top end.

Agree VF-20 but the surfaces don't look natural to me either. At least you have return privileges.

It looks to have had some of it's patina removed but retains enough of it to qualify as problem-free IMO. Price was high unless it IS problem-free so take a close look at the reverse. It looks like a black mark but if it's a blackened groove then send her back. Good luck!

P.S. I saw the $155 price, if it was $115 then it was a good price.

The mark on the reverse bothers me ...
I do think it has a older cleaning...

I feel it would get a VF details grade

Agree with emphasis. This is not a natural-looking coin.

coin must have had scratch because seller refunded purchase price before shipping it. Too bad.

That's too bad. Do you think it was possibly seller's remorse?

not really sure. When I asked if it was black line or scratch they said they would take a look after returning from a coin show. This morning they said "there are light marks on the coin so we are issuing a refund" When I asked if light marks meant a scratch they did not respond back.
