Huh, so it's a fake that's made slightly better than some other ones. Usually very blatant ones will have a line going through the edge, which is evidence of casting

Genuine 1795 dollars do not have reeded edges (like in your photo).

It's such a poor attempt at a real coin, it almost looks like a token of some sort. That is, it's not trying to be a real coin (and thus technically is not a fake).
