For 7 bucks why keep it in a cage? To find a a true or close grade, pop it out and then post pictures. The holder is a hucksters, (NGC) gimmick trying to make bucks off a name. IMO

VF-20 sounds about right. Retail value around $10.

The stacks's 57th street collection is known for it's ugly coins. I'll say it's worth $8. Smash the slab.

VF20, odd that someone would spend the money to have it slabbed! That cost more than the coin is worth.

Coin197, Thats why I was confused.He must have thought it was a super rare coin to only find out it was not. Don't know really. That was the only reason I bid was the slabbing and Cert#'s matched.
