Hi Wade.......I must say that my main fascination is in ancient to medieval coinage. I have been fascinated by old Roman ruins etc since childhood....and when I think of the people that lived then and the money they carried on their person....To hold the coins to me is a strange connection across time. Thanks for asking

Quote: To hold the coins to me is a strange connection across time I get that, I demolish buildings for a living, in the process saving everything possible for reuse ( shameless plug : http://www.SurreyNewAndUsed.com ). In the older houses you can almost hear the footsteps that have walked across the flooring over the decades... These kind of connections is probably what attracts me to circulated coins rather than mint state. You should pop into the Canadian forums for no other reason than you are Canadian !
