I'll go with VF30 - lots of wear on the breast and neck, rev is nice, but the spot on the 'E' is distracting. I do like the Cud though. Nice coin.

I'm at 40. like the sharpness but net grade down because of the holes poked into it. has problems but I say it makes a straight grade.

There are no holes, but dark spots, unless I missed something.

VF-30 with a fair amount of wear. The reverse does have some interesting Cuds around the edge.

On the obverse, clustered around the tail feathers, I see on poked hole above and four below.

On the reverse, I see a poked hole in the E in CENT, in the leaf to the right of the bow of the wreath and at 5 o'clock on the denticles of the rim.

The reverse holes could be spots, but they look like they dig into the coin. You would know better than me. Again, relatively minor and unlikely to detail the coin.

In the first picture, above the "AT" in "STATES" there is a spot that looks like it might be a filed rim to me. If you look at it with a strong glass and see ridges that might come from a file it probably is that. I mention this because filed rims are a big deal. They can take thousands of dollars off the value of a very expensive coin and result in a "details" instead of a straight grade from a third party grader.

On this coin, it's not a big deal, but it's good to be aware of it. When I was looking at Lesher Dollar, which was NGC graded and priced at over $5,000, I spotted rim filing. NGC had missed it or chosen to not mention it, but it was there and was a problem.

Coin doctors file the rims on a coin to remove edge nicks or bumps.
