I'm considering sending this to NGC since it is listed in variety plus. If this does get graded, wouldn't it be the first graded example of this variety?

Got it graded by NGC! I made a You vs. NGC post about it. Will post the grade there tomorrow. You vs. NGC: http://goccf.com/t/314924However, NGC did not label the variety. They claimed the coin was too dirty to attribute.

Very nice Cherrypick and congratulations! That's no doubt, a RPD! You should try using Acetone to remove dirt safely from the coin. NGC is wrong.
