The lack of interest is probably due the the extreme rarity...most collectors aren't even aware of it. We are&

Good luck finding a 66 die 1. That's equivalent to finding an 88 double ear or the 82 reverse I mentioned. Holy trail stuff! Godspeed

I had my top 1983-D FS-101 at MS-64. ANACS disagreed and it is slabbed at MS-63.

And hey Cammy! You've been too quiet lately.

Wexler already had a WDDO-001, so he called this one 002. Neither are matched to Wexler's 001, 002. The 001 Was a Crawford submission, the 002 is not matched up with anyone at the time when he created his thread.

Hey Tbats I'm doing alright, during deer season I go into mission focus mind set for an entire month. Your 83-D is stunning regardless of grade it is beautiful. I got burned out on die varieties and am now upgrading my Lincoln Series 1909-41 with careful scrutiny. Enotone the 1966 F'S-101 can be found or purchased but you have to be willing to pay book or slightly over for one. I have had six of them in two distinct die states selling 4 has enabled me to be in position for a low MS example on "The King" of Lincoln's. Bats there's one 66 DDO I have NFS :) that puppy is still raw in my folder, raw the way I like it. I think its 65RB maybe you have an idea? Enotone I hijacked your post my apologies. Welcome to the Forum you hit pay dirt joining get ready for a ride in the world of die varieties. Oh, try not to post a bunch of little posts the mods will growl and get ya. Cram it all in there like I do, congratulations on your 83-D post pics if you can.

The 66 DDO-001 would be awesome...I want the DDR-001 mostly. Very rare. Thanks for the warm welcome and advice. Look forward to further communication concerning everything cool about the hunt. Regards&
