It's a copper-nickel cent and doesn't get a rd or bn designation.
I'm betting the color looks quite different in hand.

Wow.

Bodacious strike especially from an old die pair (flow lines, rim crumbling), even surfaces and a high-end 63 which like the Student I'd go over 63 money for. Somebody knows how to pick 'em.

Thanks for all the comments. I bought this for about $600.00 And yes it is the Snow-3 (S-3) which is scarce in high grade. The light I used is incandescent and I took the pictures with my Samsung S5 phone. I will be sending this to PCGS shortly and expect a grade of MS-64. I think the hits in front of the nose will keep it from 65. the reverse is near flawless when viewing it in hand. One advantage I have with grading is I have the coin in hand and can tilt it and put it under different light sources (sunlight, LED, incandescent and CFL). This light (incandescent) shows every mark visible. Will update when the coin comes back. Thanks

It's a pretty coin and I'll be interested to see if it gets a straight grade.
