Fine details...sad to say that the coin couldn't straight grade in a million years:( the reverse rim is absolutely mangled..

F to F+ but that reverse rim really screws it up.

Do to the age and also it had been in circulation, this coin has a beautiful look. Reading up on it, this nickel is consider rare, for anyone who collects. But will seek you, if I have questions on other coins, due to having many Canadian coins that I have. Thanks

Nice find. Even though the grade is low, I would keep it. They aren't making any more of them so the value will continue to climb.

..to CCF borderline7..enjoy your stay with us.. You have a pretty nice nickel, a 1925 is sort of the key date in the nickels, looks like it may make VF-20, good keeper..

Im 100% on giving this a VF20. Unfortunately as many have stated it has some major issues which would never allow it a straight grade. Probably worth Fine money at best.
