It's from somewhere from the 1940's, but it's too far gone to see the last digit. It's now only good for Copper melt value. I would keep it for the Copper melt value.

Believe the Heritage Auctions catalog would describe as follows: A challenged surfaces example of the rare 194x Lincoln Wheat cent. Surfaces have an overtone of green with multiple examples of extruded metal rarely seen on this example. Lovely coin for the discriminating collector of green copper.LOL
