I found another 170s penny. This on looks diffrent ... Could this one be small date?

Nope, same parameters as Coop showed and I will attempt to. BTW, I have searched over 1,000,000 of those round thingy's and never found one nor in the 8 OBW rolls either.

Take a business card and lay it over the screen like in the picture. Then you can check it on your computer screen.  My first clue is the low slung bottom of the '7' on the dates. (if it is low, it is a large date)
