Is anyone else having trouble collecting the Week 3 $2 C'Wealth coin through Woolies? I've tried a few near by stores and all I'm getting is Week 1 and especially Week 2 coins?  |

My luck has finally changed, went to Woolies twice today and received two of the Week 3 coins both times!  Will try again tomorrow as I'm trying for 8 of each coin, one for each grandchild when they turn 21. Actually just thinking about it, I better collect a few more just in case as our youngest who is only 22 might decide to add to the grandchildren count in the future! |

Looks like there will be some nice 2018 Australian coins coming my way as well. Lest We Forget coin looks very nice.

However, I think that was a NCLT and has already been issued. So far, I couldn't find an announcement of a cc. But having getting known the RAM's release program in the last few years I think the centenary of Armistice/ANZAC will be commemorated with a $1 coin (or another $2). Edited by redlock

The RAM are not interested in keeping collectors up to date with info, and having said that, IMHO the 2018 ANZAC $1 coin will most likely be issued around either 25 April or 11 Nov, whichever strikes their fancy.  If I was a betting person, which I'm not, my money would be on the Apr date as the coin does commemorate ANZAC. There will probably be a big fuss over 11 Nov this year for the Centenary of the Armistice. life is a mystery to be lived not a problem to be solved

I like the design of this year coin though better than the in past years, maybe not as good as the poppy but better than rest.

Remembered this thread. I thought the colored 2 dollar coins are literally gone by now but managed to find a couple of the commonwealth game coins! Just missing Borobi but still quite stoked! Has been a while since I last found colored coins in the wild.
