Light scuffing only on the cameo high points,
but that is just about all of the downside.
MS64, but the TPG may say 65.

Eye candy.

with the scuffs on the chin, next to the chin, and around In God We Trust, I'd be at 63 tops with this. Not much in the way of eye appeals makes this memorable.

If there had been no scuffing at all, your Morgan would have rated 67 or 8, and would have been very close to some of the top best examples known.
