A high AU or a low MS. Either way it's a beautiful coin!

Really sharp strike on that one. Only the slightest rub. left leg, liberty cap, boobs. I would be at 58. It looks whiter that it should be for the grade but from the pictures the luster looks original. I would like to see this one inhand.

I'm thinking the areas that look to have rub are actually touch coloration rather than rub. Plus, the center of the fields don't show any luster degradation.
Technical Grade 63. Eye Appeal 9/10.

There is definitely wear, so it is technically AU-58. It could be graded higher, but then the grader would be wrong.
It is a gorgeous example.

GRADE POSTED: AU 55 PCGS
I picked up the coin from GFRC and paid AU58 price. Here are seller's comments:
Gem Original, Flashy Cartwheel Luster, Golden Rims, Conservative Grading, Seated Appalachian Collection. Formerly from the Seal Beach and Pleez B. Seated Collection and now a duplicate from the Seated Appalachian Seal Beach Collection. Luster is bold and flashy and well highlighted by consistent gold rims on obverse and reverse. Strike is crisp and fully executed. Housed in 2015 style PCGS holder and a no question A JUST BUY IT NOW recommendation. A gem original example from the Seated Appalachian Collection that should not last long on the GFRC price lists.

Gerry Fortin usually has some nice coins for sale. Definitely conservatively graded at AU-55.
