Collects82 has it right. The typical light center strike gives the appearance of circulation rub. But the reverse full center wing belies that opinion.

Although the obverse is nice, that reverse has some gullies.

Grade sounds right, this coins seems kind of hit or miss in the sense that the obverse looks MS-65 and the reverse is also very clean except for the one area. I think some people would that most of the distracting marks are in one small area as opposed to scattered around the whole coin appealing, where as some would possibly find it more distracting.

I for one really find this coin pretty and I hope You enjoy it. :)
