Technical Grade: 66. Eye Appeal 10/10. Strong strike, fantastic luster, beautiful natural toning.
To those who think less, remember 66 isn't perfect, just exceptionally nice as far as hits are concerned.
Die Cracks do not change the Technical Grade. They may increase or decrease the Eye Appeal.

This coin used to reside in a 66+ with a gold CAC. It now has green CAC on a 67+ I know a few of you will not like the result. It's a top pop which I believe is nicer then it's other counterpart.

I think technical 66 is fair and the eye appeal added the last point, which grading companies definitely do https://www.PCGS.com/eyeappeal"This is a coin you look at and think "Wow!" This coin could have incredible luster and/or color, and/or mind boggling contrast if a proof or proof-like, and/or incredible mirror surfaces if a proof. Amazing eye appeal can add up to a full point to the "technical" grade." I think this certainly qualifies as "incredible colour" I still would have guessed 66, but I'm definitely in understanding of a 67

Wow is right. I don't see how that coin graded so high with the dents in the cheek (just behind the nose and upper lip). If they were created during the minting process... then that would/might make it acceptable. That's probably the case. It would be interesting to know what the graded at PCGS was thinking.
