What is the diameter?
Broadstruck would certainly explain the drastic split plating and overall appearance.

It's a broadstrike. I see no compelling evidence for more than one strike. The split plating doubling extending out from the peripheral letters is a common effect that requires only one strike.
Error coin writer and researcher.

CoinCents I didn't find all of the last ones I posted I just made a great deal on purchasing 78 coins for about $ 7 a piece DDO's rpm's, and errors and I was lucky that most of them are nice errors and the rpms and ddos are that good too. I couldn't let it go by.
