Looks like maybe a struck through debris? I do not consider this to be rare and not worth much of a premium if any.IMHO.

A minor struck through, not really big enough to warrant much
of a premium.
A struck through debris is not really that rare unless it is a large one.

Looks to me like a PMD gouge. Either way, I would consider it a distraction and decrease value.

Why are there not pictures of both sides of the whole coin? Just showing us a thin band of the obverse makes no sense.

Anyway....I would not put any more money in it getting it authenticated if it were mine. That is money that's hard to recover.

Thank you all for your input. I'm sorry for all the time it took me to post my pictures..Ive decided to go ahead and get this graded just in case it could be the only known strike through error for this year Peace dollar,who knows it could be one in a million!
