bandsdean I have no idea?PCGS Europe already disappointed me by labelling my 1-1/2 1655 Brunswick thaler as a 2 thaler ,basically they didn't even bothered to weight the coin so I hope it's not the case with this piece too!

If you enlarge the OPs pic, it looks like it MIGHT be between the 9 and the star?

I think that there is also pitting between liberty's cap and the rim. I guess details - planchet flaw is better than corroded, but I thought that damage incurred before the minting process did not get a details designation. In any event, I think this is a better outcome because there does appear to be surface damage on the coin.
