numismatic student Bedrock of the Community United States 11899 Posts	Posted 03/30/2019 4:51 pm I think that there is also pitting between liberty's cap and the rim. I guess details - planchet flaw is better than corroded, but I thought that damage incurred before the minting process did not get a details designation. In any event, I think this is a better outcome because there does appear to be surface damage on the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
