@T-BOP.... What do you see on the reverse that makes you think it's whizzed vs just cleaned? I see the fine parallel scratches.

I understand, nick. This is one of those barely circulated coins that "used to be" a 64. The reverse is most obvious. Look at the right side of the shield, the eagle's inner thighs, and, um, crotch.

The brow hair shows wear as well - the bottom of the ribbon band is actually not complete.
