im just thinking that if it was cleaned why theres no sign of scratch on that area, and why not clean all the remaining stains.

In the first set of pics, the color looks "off" which makes it look unoriginal and cleaned. The second set of pics looks much better, and if they represent more closely what the coin looks like in hand, I would say somewhere between EF-45 and AU-50.

Nice! The first set of pics were just "off" I guess and made the coin look cleaned. The other pictures show a nice uncleaned coin and the slabbed grade appears to be accurate.
