As an Englishman I agree with coinfrog AU-53.....

Slight wear on the left hand and forearm...nicks on the dress...and some scratches in the fields.....Below the eagle there seems to be slight wear around the edge of the flag and some scratches in the fields...

As the coin is already slabbed I'm intrigued why you are asking this question?

Whatever....Its a beautiful looking coin!

The eagle's breast is almost always weakly stuck and is not a key grading point.

The Sept 2018 Goldberg auction had a half dozen examples of this type covering grades from AU-55 to MS-63.
If you scroll down toward the end of this link you will find them https://www.coinarchives.com/w/resu...&results=100
To my eye, your obverse is better than any AU example I see, but not the reverse.
I agree with coinfrog that even high MS grades do not show lots of detail on breast feathers like you would see on a Morgan. But lower half of shield on this coin has some issues.

or maybe we are missing the luster(cartwheel effect) that adds grade to a coin.. always not reflecting from a photo.
