Nearly 3 months since this was announced, but I haven't seen any news on progress. Did Legacy ever actually get launched?

I frequent a different forum with a Legacy Grading thread that's up over 900 posts last time I looked.

I tend to stay away from that one. It's a little long on opinions and short on facts for me I did take a look at the thread you mention after posting this earlier, and it pretty much confirmed my opinion of it, but I did see that Jason was at Central States and did show a sample holder (I couldn't see the photos of it since I'm not a member of that forum ). Even so, there was still considerable discussion as to whether or not Legacy Currency Grading was a viable entity or not It didn't seem like anyone had much factual information, but most had a lot of speculation

Jason Bradford is a member and former sponsor of that forum, AND started the thread we are talking about. I know many of the speculators and have PM'ed with some and talked with others. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to comment. Jason hasn't posted in almost two weeks. Maybe we'll have some new soon. Photo of first Legacy note graded. Sorry about the picture quality.

Interesting that he chose that note to be the very first note graded by the new company. Since I don't collect foreign currency, I've no clue how rare/valuable that note is, but unless it's exceedingly rare I don't think it would have been my choice to receive the first note graded holder.

Not bonkers about that logo - lacks pop. Anyway, yes, this is a start-up with many built in advantages, but many crosses to bear as well. If PMG only crosses half of the old PCGS notes, how many will Legacy cross?

Quote: Interesting that he chose that note to be the very first note graded by the new company. From what I understand, the note graded was for a close friend of Jason and he promised theirs would be first.

I can provide links. The links are to threads on a different forum with more chatter, but I don't know if that's acceptable here.

In the TPG forum, basebal21 posted the following Quote:Jason Bradford was recently suspended by the PNG which is really hard to have happen. PNG Suspends Member Jason Bradford Legacy Currency Grading is apparently still having a rough time getting going.
