CelticKnot Bedrock of the Community United States 12867 Posts	Posted 07/14/2019 8:09 pm Here in Austin, all the stuff that's confiscated from the security checkpoints at Bergstrom (well, most of it I suppose) goes to a government surplus store a couple miles outside of the airport. For as many cheap Gerber knives as I've turned in after forgetting to put them in my checked bag, I've purchased some really nice pocket knives at a steep discount from this shop. some require a little sharpening or de-gunking, but with the right tools that's easy enough to do and well worth the savings. That's just anecdotal of course and I really hope you get your mom's loupe back, CS. Report this Post to the Staff
