That is what I suspected. I'm sorry to say but they are novelty coins. My previous reply is what I believe happened to these cents.

Big Supporter, Would you do all the hard work on these kinds of poor strikes coins? Look at the United States of America, almost malted. Does it make sense?

Reeded edge. I forgat to mention that, almost half of the edge of these coins are the reeded edge.
