Nice note walk2dwater!
I'm surprised there aren't more notes being posted.

Quote: I'm surprised there aren't more notes being posted. -only we're now in the era of mobile tech so few collectors will bother to scan/photograph their collection. I only did a portion of my collection as I'm selling on my website (& ebay). Here's a "tenner" I got from a "Lot" I purchased privately. I had no idea this note was part of the mixed lot since I was actually after a $5 test note (so the extra notes became part of the final purchase price/& a nice surprise later).

Quote: Nice surprises are good. For sure. And here was another surprising banknote from the same lot (most of which were from the 1969-1979 series): & I'm just realizing now it's the Crow-Bouey signature combo rather than the more common Lawson-Bouey ABX note.

What would be a reliable website to find information about replacement polymer notes? Many replacement notes have surfaced on ebay, some of which are even certified, but I could not find a source where I can look up the prefixes.

You could always find prefixes in the Charlton Paper Money catalogue.

If I were you, I would register with the Canadian Paper Money Forum since there's so much more info than just the SNDB. https://cdnpapermoney.com/forum/Once you've registered you can then enter their Serial Number Data Base (SNDB) separate link from their forum. You will get all the ranges of the Journey & Frontiers polymer series. Here's an image of what the top of the $5 table looks like (showing first prefix): BTW: I could not find a copy of the Charlton Canadian Government Paper Money catalogue as they were all sold out but you could order 1 at Chapters/Indigo
