Beautiful coin. I agree with the others, MS64RD. Sweet find!

Thanks tbop, coinfrog, river4449. Looking at PCGS photograde, this one is at least 66. I say 67+ or better. Chatter on 67 and 68 on photograde. This has less distractions and same if not better luster, eye appeal

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Toning is from cardboard. Is this toning a plus or minus?

Nice coin. MS64 for me. Personally, I like toning that comes from how the coin has been stored over many, many years.
If one hates toning, the coin will be seen as less-than-pleasant. If one likes toning, they'll like what the toning adds to the appeal of the coin. Pretty much a matter of individual taste.

Thanks ijn1944. Thanks chronos. I'm new to the grading thing. Apparently not as high grade as I thought. Reality check. Thanks all

I'd say 65, originally think RD but could be RB based on later pics.

The first pics show nice luster but the light is too strong. You're almost there actually with your pictures. You just need to dial in the lighting. Suggest a white background, a piece of copy paper is best. It's impossible to mentally adjust your pictures for mental, white balance correcting with anything but white.
The objective is a perpendicular picture and getting the lighting so it's not too much or too little. Try bring out the luster without too much light. Do you have a white balance option in your camera?

Notice in one of my pictures: 1) white background (that shows as white) - That's proper white balance. 2) Cartwheel spokes - you can gauge the luster but the coin is not over lit. Not sure what you're using for light but I bought one of these a few months ago and I like it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...BZPVDGHKHGX9

Thanks badthad. I should have white balance on my phone. Galaxy s9. Usually I use white background but didn't know it made a big difference. I recently started using copy paper which I will be going back to. Thanks for the advice and the link
