PCGS list a total of 8.
NGC list a total of 5.
I am sure ANACS has attributed this variety but could not find it on their webpage.

So what does the CRH stand for? I have a 1971 that looks similar?

Vindex, CRH=Coin Roll Hunting
If you have one similar to this coin, start a new post with pictures of your coin. Thanks
FYI: On Feb 16, 2017, a 1971 quarter attributed FS-801 PCGS MS-65 sold for $8,813 at Heritage Auctions.

Since the doubling is a CCW spread, it should be a Class I right?

Thank you levelsofmadness. Yes I finally figured it out, CRH. My 1971 25C was packed away to be shipped to PCGS to be graded. I am going to get it out of the mylar and take new pictures to post later. Thank you again. Maybe I will tag it with an abbreviation like: MSD or MSP.
