That's not wear . Overall coin is nice MS-64RB If your a fan of the weakness . I see where you're going with this on the rim. You could be right!...However, the coin is slightly broad-struck giving it that smooth and faint appearance...but for me that's not a whole impart regarding strong vs weak reverse? I would imagine most top graders would weigh on this when giving it an overall grade...Still a very nice looking Wheat cent that just about any collector would showcase in their collection.
