Very nice example - tons of eye appeal.

Whats that black smudge reverse rim at 10:30? Is it toning on the coin or some of your background material overlapping the edge?

I with the MS64 group. Too many hits on the Eagles breasted cheek. A couple photos might indicate PL. Very nice coin.

I think it falls short of MS65. I would give it MS64+ . It's a really nice looking coin. Registry sold prices are looking $250 to $300 for MS64+

Very nice at MS-64+ I'd say. And based on the last picture provided it could be this VAM as well. Die gouge in the mouth of the eagle.

Nice MS-65. I don't think the reverse chatter will prevent that.

Confused at the 65 grades. The nose and cheek are both fairly banged up, and the reverse which is normally stunning on a 65 has some chatter.

GMS5, Thank you, it does look like a VAM-5A. Since it is not a top 50 or 100 VAM does that add any value to it? I have never really gotten into VAMs, but VAM World makes it much easier.

this one is a little weak for an 83(CC) typically these girls are sharp and bold. I have to put her in the MS64+ area due to the strike

@PSUMAN08, I would assume it would add a small premium to a VAM collector as it's not a top 50 or 100 as you said.
