It's a bad fake unfortunately. The MM is tilted wrong and just looks off in general.

Some of you nailed it right on the head! I bought it as a thirteen year old, with my old Red Book in hand as my guide, thinking it was VG(8). I heard everything from G(4) to cleaned, and when PCGS finally returned it, I was pleasantly surprised to get...VG(10)! The picture of it loose was taken before I submitted it in 2010. I think they got the grading on this one right. VG-8 to VG-10.
