Nice die cracks. But MS-64 Here. The hits on the neck hold it back. IMHO

It looks like a straight MS64 to me, just a few too many scratches, nice coin though.

Yes - some obverse neck nicks but I think the rest of the coin will carry it to 65.

" possible VAM 5C? " I did some closer looks from vamworld pics for the 5C, and it very well might be. There is a section on the PCGS form where you can ask for them to look for various things, Ill put it down, thanks!

Only distractions I can see are the hits on Liberty's neck. Decent strike, nice luster, I believe this coin makes MS65.

Well, I don't guess any of of us will ever know, the coin showed up today, and I am steaming. I have NEVER had anyone try to pass off a GSA Hoard bait and switch to this magnitude. The coin that was sent wouldn't make a MS 62 and even the case was missing the "uncirculated" designation at the bottom.

He had better take the return, and if it is allowed Ill post this dips*****'s ebay name! I'm mad !

He answered the message, and said it was a "Shipping Mistake" Ill give him the benefit of the doubt as he said he would except the return. I did tear him a good one because I didn't see the return option on the transaction, and I apologized for it, however, he is a member here somewhere because he quoted something from my post here that I did not send in the ebay message lol.

No he said he mailed out 5 over the weekend, thus the "Mistake", I'm cool as long as I get the refund, although I am disappointed, really thought that one would have gone MS 65
