I've been staying away from getting these graded because 99.9 percent of the time they come back with a MS 64, but I thought this one might have a shot at 65, any thoughts/comments appreciated.

This one looks MS-65 to me. But, it's always a crap shoot sending to a TPG.

Me thinks MS-65, but I could totally see PCGS grading this MS-63, they seem very inconsistent when grading these.

I had a thought, seeing as they seem to be immediately prejudiced on GSA coins to a degree, what do you guys think about just sending the coin raw instead of in the case?

Nice die cracks. But MS-64 Here. The hits on the neck hold it back. IMHO

It looks like a straight MS64 to me, just a few too many scratches, nice coin though.

Yes - some obverse neck nicks but I think the rest of the coin will carry it to 65.
