Might make MS-66. The marks on the obverse may be exaggerated by the lighting. Very attractive.

the 82(S) are sharp and bold. this one is typical. surface preservation is AVG+ with the exception of the obverse scratch. luster looks fairly strong but may be broken across cheek. eye appeal is average due to that scratch as it keeps drawing the eye due to its location

I'll be the odd man out and say MS-66. That's a real beauty.

Easy MS-65, that right obverse field might hold it back from 66.

It certainly has the cheek of a 66. As IGE noted the right obverse field might hold it back to 65 but I would not be shocked if PCGS called it a 66 regardless.
