MS-63.

Best to just set the coin on anything but your hand or hold with your finger. Had it been MS-67 on a better date, wouldn't want a print on it.

Nice new image but where's the reverse ? In order to proper evaluate a coin we must see both sides . From just the obverse I can tell you it is not an MS-67 .

With the above being said, for a 57 year old coin it still looks good. Especially, if you found it in circulation. If it hasn't been cleaned, it looks like original mint luster.

Sorry but no it doesn't. There are marks all over this coin. I could have kept going.

Would love to view a photo of the reverse. Obverse alone as very light wear, yet is beset by a number of dings, hits, and a scuff. Nice mint luster. Without the reverse, I'd say MS60.

Handling a coin barehanded will put fingerprints on it that will further reduce the value.
