Numismatic,
I bought them along with a bunch of other tokens and what not. Some fakes in the lot so these made me suspicious.

I was going to suggest this pair might be worth more if sold together, however, I noticed they appear to have matching fingerprints as well which is, (to me personally), an instant turn off.

These look to be real, Congratulations!

What is the clincher on these? Well all the devices going the correct direction. But there is a clue I see that shows this is legit, but it being there? What is it?

I not going to reveal it yet. But lets see if the coin detectives can figure this out? And how it relates to the last image? Up for it, or do I reveal it myself? Hmmm?

Coop,
Tease!!!
So the part that first made me suspicious was what I'll call "the slide" appearance on the left coin. But given it diff center, and I don't look at thinness a lot I thought I'd ask. But it made me wonder.

Actually a Quote from Mike Diamond. But I was wondering what to call it, but used his information instead. These marks are on the anvil side of the strike. So it you see these on an obverse side, then the setup was reversed from:
Hammer die is often the Obverse die
Anvil die is often the reverse side.
So when you see these marks on the coin, you can tell what the setup was for the hammer and anvil dies.

Simply incredible. Invaluable insights.
The hint was in the first pic you posted which gave similar info.
Thank you
Interesting question? What are they worth?
And I think $6 a piece maybe based on research on the various sights.

Probably in the future, off centers might have more of a demand, as the newer processing the coins for rolling and coins like these supposed to be returned to the mint, will make these a bit more in demand. Just slight off centers will fit into a roll now.
