Hope that is good. It really doesn't appear to be a stain but I'm learning.

to the CCF! It may be an slight alloy mix error. It could be a line of tin or zinc that wasn't quite mixed into the bronze.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Whatever it is, it's not a Struck Through. A Struck Through would be incuse and that mark seems flush with the surface.

Thanks for the images. It looks like something rubbed it or lightly scratched the surface .

The line seems to be raised from the surface of the coin.

Or something in the mix of the copper on the stock material/planchet that was there before the coin was struck. Thus you see it on the tops of the devices. (Which will wear on in circulation, unless whatever caused this is thicker than just surface. Just realized what is coming up soon: 97 more to go.
