1847bill you might be right.
I was waiting for today to buy one as today was my payday, last month I could have got some but I had other things I had to pay for (utility bills).
Anyway went to try and get a pack and it is no longer being sold and the only thing available was enrolling in annual sets starting with the 2022 set according to the us mint.
So I have checked the Mintage and sales and only 164,664 packs have been made and sold, which is odd as Mintage limits were removed.
They must not have been selling well enough or they want to focus on other coins and 2022 coins coming soon.
Either way only 1958 sets and earlier have lower Mintage figures. Will these numbers go down from now on or are they trying to deflate numbers to create that sense that next year people will buy more thinking they might be low Mintage only to sell a few million.

Well I got my set through the subscription program, and given the price one is quite sufficient. The latest figures state 163,911 were produced, which is the smallest production in over six decades. Demand keeps going down, and the price keeps going up, the same as with Canadian offerings.

I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy one on the secondary market for the markup, I wanted one, I waited hoping more would be released, it doesn't look like they are going to make any more before the year ends and then it might be too expensive to get one after the year turns..... boooooo! it is what it is I suppose.

^^^ likewise... although with the prices like they are, I will probably just drop to one of everything and save myself some cash and space in the closet.

Seems ridiculous. The proof set from March 5th is still available and the uncirculated set from a month and a half ago is unavailable? I don't see how these were slow sellers if they are already sold out. Any chance they will produce more?

I have not busted mine open yet to put the coins in my albums. The low mintage has be hesitant, but I know I will get around to it eventually.

I bought two sets, one to keep and one to put in albums. Maybe I'm part of the reason there's a shortage

It has a "remind me" button on them instead of saying "sold out" so they may be making more? Seems silly to stop making something that just was made available 2 months ago especially around the holiday season.
