That one is not the DDO. The DDO's ear is a lot larger:

It looks like it matches Stage D on Variety Vista http://www.varietyvista.com/01c%20L...20D%20Photos. The coin is a little rougher than I'd wish it was.

But the marker is a long lasting one. So it is that die number.
