Even though circulated the '9' is always the first thing I look for on this year. Then the curved '1'.  Yours speaks volumes despite being circulated. |

Thanks all!!! In the end the roll turned out like most 1917 rolls, over half went into the cull bag and in the end this DDO was actually the nicest coin in the roll. Guess luck was just on my side. |

Usually when I find varieties, they are in pretty nice shape, maybe because they were cherrypicked awhile ago and then spent again?

Congrats TB. A solid winner and pretty close to VF judging by the wheat lines.
(This variety in about the same grade was what launched me into varieties in about 2015.)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
