When will the mint print uncut sheets again for the general public? And does anyone sell uncut sheets, I can't find any.

It's really anyone's guess when the BEP (not the Mint) will start to replenish its stock of uncut sheets. I was told it wasn't a high priority. Uncut sheets are always available on ebay. Originally, I stated that 1981 was the starting date on uncut sheets of modern notes but now I remembered the 1976 $2 FRNs were released several years earlier. |

I actually had the same thoughts when first seeing uncut American paper money before becoming serious about collecting. It's 100% real and available in every modern denomination up to and including $100 notes. They come in a variety of sizes, with the 4-subject sheet (as seen above) being the most popular. You can buy a 50-subject sheet of 2017 $1 FRNs.  |
