1961 D Lincoln Penny. Possible Mint Damage. Need Help

My other scale has it at 3.15

I wish I could provide better pictures. But I guess the census is damage. That rim still had me pondering what could have happened to make it appear as if it was "peeled" or shaved off. Thank you guys for the help!! Y'all definitely know your coins!

May have been altered with a 'C' clamp because of the partial rounding on the areas in question.

Don't you have the "whole" Obv and Rev pictures, none of your shots are full coin image, try to post the whole coin picture!!. Also, the current images can't be enlarged if you click them?.. it would help to look at high mag or enlarged views, that feature is not working for some reason?.

Thx for posting these overall pics. I'm not seeing a mis-aligned die or any other mint error. It all looks like damage to me.
