the 96(P) should be sharp and bold. this one is just a little shy. the toning looks suspicious. if she grades straight I'm at MS64

Based on this photo alone I'd have to go with Unc Det (QC). Could be a photo issue but I don't buy that color as is.

I see a 64 but the lighting seems unnatural in order to bring out the toning.
