The weight is within spec. I would say it was Struck Through Grease.

To me it looks like a struck through debris issue. Like greasy string and grease with grit/possible fiber like paper in it. The reverse looks normal. Looks like a struck through error.

I don't think it was Struck Through Grease. The elongated recess is too well-defined. It's some kind of "discrete" struck through error, although the nature of the foreign object is elusive.
