AU58. I don't see any contact other than in the hair above the ear. Weaker strike than normal.

AU53 good chance at pulling a details designation. the long swipe marks around the date are not from natural circulation they are too long

Pazaldi: I beg to differ on that point. Not only are such marks common on circulated Morgans, I know exactly what they are from ... the grab-roller mechanism in the old slot machines in Vegas. These were in use for awhile even after 1964.

Ta Da! You guys pretty much nailed it.  I paid $180 for the coin. I messed up by ending the ebay auction for this coin on a Wednesday -- I usually end listings on a Sunday, but I accidentally set it for 10 days instead of seven. I missed out on this one, I had it at AU55 for the luster still present, a really great example of a lightly used casino coin I'd bet.
