2012 or 2021 or 1912 or 1921 are not radar dates for coins. Now 1881, 1991, 2002 those are radars.

 I save em sometimes I spend em. Just spent one 30 minutes ago. Usually I take a picture first then spend it. Takes too long to sell on ebay |

Thanks Coinfrog. This is a bookend then. I thought radar may be first and last few numbers. It must be the full serial number. Now I know. That's what makes this great place for learning

And there's no arguing about true radar dates on coins but I was trying to think of opening up the possibilities for collectors to share. Quote:

Look at the possibilities for the month. 12-3-21, 12-4-21, 12-5-6-7-8-9-21, 12-11-21, 12-22-21 I guess that really opens up the possibilities for a month of RADAR posts. Woo hoo!! PetesPoket explain very well what radar it is. This coin on this topic is not a radar. An 2002, and the next will be 2112.

Not sufficient potential notaphilic value to justify TPG, but definitely a keeper. If it was a $100 note, much more pressure to spend it, due to inflation, but much easier to take a $1 face value inflationary loss with Note pictured. |

Thanks sel69l. You're right there's a very low cost of ownership. I thought there was a strong possibility it may benefit to grade because it's uncirculated. I looked on ebay already just wanted a second opinion |
