Here is another double clipped coin... of sorts. One is an incomplete punched planchet, with a clip on the same planchet.

A double clip, with a 12-sided collar die. It makes deciphering the Blakesley Effect and other determining factors a bit tougher.

This one also weighs 2.23 grams, but compared to the 1980 above, more is missing because up until 1979, 1-cent planchets weighed 3.24 grams, while in 1980, 1-cent planchets weighted 2.80 grams. More than 31% (by weight) is missing from this coin.

Get out the loupe, the second one is tiny. The mark at Z is damage, the clip is at the G of REG.

SPP you surprise me with your coin. Normal in big coins you can have or not the BL effect, but your is particular because you has the effect on opposite sides and the different clip of. Never see before like this. This it is something. Then what no one talk it is the offset of the printing. Nice.
What Eisenhower you miss?
