I'll say MS-65. Chewed reverse rim detracts.

Actually more accurately defined as Triple Die. Quite sharp! Get this graded, do not clean. You have a more than a hundred bucks here easy. I'm a bit jealous.

Nice pick up . MS-63 many contact marks and album friction on high points . Not Full Steps .

I suggest technical grade as MS63/MS64 and not FS. Appears some folks are remarking on a desired variety - that could certainly make a difference to decide if this coin is TPG worthy.

It is FS-106 as stated earlier, PCGS lists it as 1943-P Doubled Die Obverse, there are quite a few DDO for the date, this one being the big one spread across the entire coin if you look at the motto on the obverse and we'll as the date.

I wasn't expecting much clicking on this topic, but - wow - a nice example of an interesting variety. Nice pickup, KYCopperCoins! I'll venture MS64.

It is a good date for varieties, there are 3 cherrypicker's varieties of DDO, and there is also the overdate 1943/2.
