sharp strike as expected. fields appear to be PL in nature but the fields are really marked up. luster broken across cheek. eye appeal below average imo. PL fields are more susceptible of these marks but this one is a little more than typical so I'm at MS62+

I'd be ok at 62PL but it's awful close. I think there may be just enough cameo contrast to pull the PL. PL and semi-PL Morgans do tend to accentuate hits/marks/contact points.
