PCGS is very stingy with BN grades for these

even though its a trueview photo the coin looks better than a 63. I guess this is one you really need to see in hand

i guess the dinged it for the die issues. what bothers me is this is how it left the mint and I thought they wouldnt knock it a full point for that as did several others here. maybe the scratch had a lot to do with it.
